People can have various forms of depression. It could be linked to an imbalance, trauma, environmental factors, lack of coping mechanisms, hereditary, an attack from the enemy, soul or spiritual reasons, etc. And we know the enemy likes to use people’s weak states (whether physical or soul) to drag them into depressive holes. Problems can overlap because we are connected beings. This is why holistic health is important.
First, we know that prayer and Biblical meditation can bring healing to our whole being. Here are some verses to memorize, pray, and keep in your heart: Psalm 42:11, Psalm 34:17, Deuteronomy 31:8, Philippians 4:8, 1 Peter 5:6-7, John 16:33, 2 Corinthians 1:3-4
Singing is commanded of believers in the Old & New Testament. Studies show that singing actually helps our health in several ways. It is even helpful in warding off depression or treating it. Sing sacred songs to God throughout the day; you’ll be healing spirit, soul, and body.
For imbalances, help usher in balance by getting to the root cause of the issue. You should get help from a health professional, and you can start by connecting to nature that takes us into an instant meditative state. Go to a forest, beach, etc regularly, and reflect on God. You’ll be facilitating the healing process by allowing your body to harmonize with energy around you. Studies show that getting more sunlight might be helpful, especially for SAD (seasonal affective disorder). In general, get as much sun energy as you can each day (even if it looks like the sun is not out). Also, try to balance the energy within your home, as toxic or imbalanced environments can be triggers.
If you feel the enemy is involved, praying and fasting can break these strongholds. Use your sword (the Bible) against these kinds of attacks. Speak Biblical affirmations out loud, like, no weapon formed against me shall prosper.
For life issues, talk to someone if you need to as this can be helpful. We recommend seeing a Christian counselor or therapist.
Anxiety & Fear
Chronic feelings of anxiety and fear can be linked to imbalances in the solar energy center and sometimes root, heart, and other areas. This issue could also be brought on by an evil spirit or your own thoughts. If you have falling into fear or anxiety because of life situations, know that every aspect of your life is in God’s hands. Give your worries and fears to him. You don’t need to carry this emotional burden.
Helpful aids: For energy imbalance, perhaps crystals like, black tourmaline, tiger eye, amethyst, fire sounds, sun, adaptogens. This should be customized to you.
-Pray to God about this issue, and allow him to direct your steps.
-Listen to and sing Spiritual songs throughout the day.
-Biblical Meditation so that God can renew your mind and calm your soul.
-Spend time in nature, make time for nature walks
-Try deep breathing exercises and fire watching.

For the common cold, there are a plethora of remedies. One preventive tip is to eat garlic and raw honey as this can strengthen your immune system to fight off these types of infections or lessen the effects.
To alleviate symptoms and assist the healing process, you might want to try the wet socks method. This involves putting your feet in hot water. Then, rinse a pair of thin, cotton socks under cold water and wring them out. Put the wet socks on, and put on thick, wool socks over that to prevent from being chilled. This will encourage the body to increase its blood supply to dry the area. This strengthens the immune system, which helps you body’s detoxification systems work better.

We know headaches can have many causes. For the occasional headache, prayer may help usher in healing, of course, because God may answer your petition, but it can also put you in a relaxed state. This can be especially helpful for stress-related headaches. Biblical meditation may help as well since Spiritual food (the Bible) can nourish the being.
Common aids: Music and nature sounds. Peppermint, lavender, skullcap, tiger balm, and feverfew.
Crystals like clear, rose, & amethyst quartz, and lapis lazuli are known to help alleviate imbalances in this area.
Confidence in an unfaithful man in time of trouble is like a broken tooth, and foot out of joint. Proverbs 25:19
The aids mentioned below are just temporary solutions. You will need to see your health practitioner. A toothache is usually a sign of decay but can also be caused by other things, like broken teeth or trauma.
One thing you can do is rinse your mouth out with warm salt water. This can help cleanse the area and reduce pain.
You can try to prevent cavities with the right diet and proper oral maintenance. Avoid overly-processed food, pasteurized dairy, granulated sugar, etc. You might want to decrease grain consumption whether sprouted or not. You can opt for more oral-friendly vegetables and fruit. Eating acidic foods constantly, like lemons or apple cider vinegar, can make teeth more susceptible to decay overtime. Dilute these well when you consume them. If you consume local, healthy animal products (such as raw dairy, nose-to-tail meat) and edible insects, this can help strengthen the teeth and gums. You are not alone if you feel Spiritually stuck sometimes. Know that you are still growing during these times. You just can’t see it or comprehend it at the time.
Sometimes, we get distant from God because we get distracted, which is our nature. At times, we get stuck in this state and our relationship with Christ suffers. The good thing about God is he is there through all of this. He knows what’s going on with us.
The first thing you can do is be vulnerable. Analyze your heart and speak your feelings to God whatever they may be.
Then, wait for his answer, and allow him to comfort you. (Psalm 34:18)

Well, consider if you are simply struggling in your faith or actually doubting the Bible’s truth. Struggle is natural and constant. We may have moments of doubt due to our lives, circumstances, secular knowledge, or simply the world in which we live. Know that what you’re going through is not random; there is a reason for it. Perhaps God is allowing this to strengthen your Spiritual foundation.
Don’t be scared to lay it all before Christ. He knows your feelings and thoughts. Even though he already knows, share your feelings. Cry out to God, and he will hear you. He knows where this doubt is coming from. Maybe you need to do some in-depth research if this about questions. Or maybe it’s emotional.
The Bible tells us if we seek God with our whole heart, we will find him. (Jeremiah 29:13) God knows what is needed. We are all unique beings, and our paths to Christ and relationships with him are unique.
Do not accept thoughts or whispers telling you God is not real. Stand in Christ’s Grace, and cling to the savior.
Lack of Contentment
Lack of contentment robs us of joy and happiness. It often pulls us away from God since we are not being fulfilled in him. Lack of contentment can also cause energy imbalances and physical manifestations of those imbalances. We must learn to be content in Christ whatever circumstance or stage we are in. This does not necessarily mean one cannot reach higher. Though God may leave you in a situation, we remain spiritually hopeful, optimistic, and Christ-footed.

Harboring unforgiveness can affect us on multiple levels. Unforgiveness could cause energy imbalances that could leak over into the physical plane and birth sickness. And most importantly, unforgiveness can cause sin constipation. The Bible says when we forgive others, he will forgive us of our sins. (Matthew 6:14-15)(Mark 11:25)
Here are some steps to take:
Surrender. Give all bitterness, pain, and sadness to God. Let him start the healing process.(Hebrews 12:15)(Romans 8:13-14)
Audibly say that you have given this burden to Christ. (Matthew 11:28–30)
Understand that you are free from this burden. (Isaiah 41:10)
Forgive yourself or the person who has wronged you. (Colossians 3:13)(Matthew 18:21-22)
Let Christ continually fill this wound with Godly Love.(Matthew 5:44)(Proverbs 10:12)
If you have been harboring this for some time, you could have an energy imbalance in the heart center. You might want to use crystals or herbs that can help balance like emerald, rose quartz, rose herb, etc.
For our God is a consuming fire. Hebrews 12:29
For minor burns, run cool water over the affected area for 20 minutes or so to reduce the temperature.
One thing that is known to heal is raw, unprocessed honey. Just put raw honey directly on the burn. It’s antibacterial properties, low pH, viscosity, and hydrogen peroxide production are helpful in burn treatment.
To keep the honey from oozing out, put a dressing over the area, and change as needed.
You can also use aloe vera to assist. Aloe vera promotes circulation; it is anti-inflammatory and inhibits bacteria growth. You can use the gel from a fresh aloe leaf, and rub the substance on your burn a few times a day.
Well, you do need to figure out why you’re dealing with this irritation. Common connections are pink eye, eye allergies, dry eye symptoms, blespharitis. corneal ulcer, or triachias.
When you figure out the root cause, you can help alleviate this issue. A few things to consider, depending on the issue, are castor oil, aloe vera, a compress, bentonite clay, salt water, raw honey, Chamomile, and rose.
Avoid touching your eye, and if irritation persists, see your doctor right away.
If you are dealing with the harmful effects of excessive emfs, you are not alone. Most people are dealing with this whether they can feel it or not.
Helpful things to bring balance:
+ Nature walks. Try to increase your time in nature as much as you can. Your being will try to sync with the energy. You could spend time in a garden, hug a tree, chill by a beach, or walk in the woods or a forest. Try barefoot therapy.
+ Be sure your body is covered, and wear linen, wool, leather, or fur clothing that can help block out harmful emfs. Make sure you clean your clothes as dirty clothes become more positively charged. Clean and newly made clothing is more negatively charged.
+ Use bentonite clay or other safe clays. When hydrated, this has a negative charge and can help balance your energy. You can take this internally or use externally. Many do this with clay baths or take a little in water to detox.
+ Keep crystals near you, like tourmaline. You can see Kym’s picks here. You can put these around your home to balance the energy, or wear crystal jewelry. Silver and copper can reduce the effects, so wear crystal jewelry set in these metals. Or just wear silver or copper jewelry when on the computer, smartphone, etc.
+ Decrease the amount of time spent on smartphones, laptops, watching tv, around power lines, and inside your home if wires run through it and you have a wireless router, even though you will still be exposed to toxins and harmful emfs at some point. Unplug household electronics when not in use, and turn off routers at night. Be sure to turn off your phones at night, and avoid sleeping near power outlets. Try to avoid modern artificial light as much as possible. Use natural light during the day and natural candles at night if you need to.
The hearing ear, and the seeing eye, the Lord hath made even both of them. Proverbs 20:12
The common type of myopia that most deal with today may evolve from many causes. One is the gradual change to excessive close-up reading. Our eyes were not designed for this type of reading for long periods of time. Another is not spending enough time outside.
Sadly, eye professionals could not figure out the causes and created a quick fix so that we could see. Though helpful, glasses and contacts are harmful. For one, they make the eyes lazy and disable them. (Of course, LASIK and other refractive surgeries could permanently disable them.)
If you want to try to get your eyesight back naturally, you need to create a customized plan. Remember that the natural process takes time.
A few tips that can help:
Don’t use your glasses or contacts for close-up reading. And decrease close-up reading on your device or books. Sometimes use audio books. And when you do close-up reading, look into the distance often, and blink a few times.
Teach your eyes to focus. You can do this with a piece of white paper with black writing on it. Bring the paper close till you can see the words clearly. Slowly move the paper back till it’s just a little blurry and try to focus. Blink. Bring it back in focus. Move away and try to focus again. Blink a few times. Practice this when you can. You want to tap into active focus, which usually takes about a month to find. Then, you can start moving the paper back further, etc.
Use crystals. Light is incredibly important for your eyes (and brain), which is one reason the sun may help. Crystals are refractors and reflectors of light energy, and you can use these tools to your advantage. You could use small, quartz balls. A popular one for eye focusing is blue tiger eye. Lie down, close your eyes, and lay cleansed, energized balls on the inner part of the eye for 10-15 minutes a few times a week. The spectrum of light is focused here, and your being will try to use this to correct itself. You can also rinse eyes with crystal-charged water, or just put a crystal near or on your eyes or pineal gland area.
Go outside and do tasks out there, like when you need to prepare a meal. Just sit outside, occasionally looking around and into the sky. Don’t look directly at the sun as this can damage your eyes, though you could do sun gazing at sunrise or sunset if you know how to do this safely. (30 minutes or so. Usually barefoot. Sun gazing is not recommended for those who’ve had eye surgery).
And Isaiah said, Take a lump of figs. And they took and laid it on the boil, and he recovered. 2 Kings 20:7
Infections can show up in many places of the body and occur when viruses, harmful bacteria, or other microbes enter your body and begin to multiply. The immune system naturally gets to work to try to bring balance to the body. There are a few things to assist the body in its natural processes.
Natural antibiotics that might help:
Raw honey, garlic, goldenseal, oregano, ginger, narrow, calendula, rosemary, tea tree, thyme.
Of course, staying away from foods that can exacerbate the issue is recommended, such as overly processed food, refined sugar, dead water, etc.

The words that come to mind for constipation are backed up, slow, decreasing. We want to get things moving, increasing. This can have many causes, though common causes are diet, dehydration, and sometimes stress or anxiety.
It could be that you are not eating for your constitution. This article can help with that.
Or perhaps you are eating too much overly-processed food. If that is the case, decrease consumption of fast food or packaged food with a lot of ingredients. Try to cook from scratch as much as you can. Eat plenty of vegetables, natural fiber, & naturally fermented foods if you are mixed-eater or vegetarian. If you are high-meat eater, such as those on the carnivore diet, you just don’t eliminate as much because your body doesn’t have a lot of leftover material to dump out.
Water, coffee, bitters, senna, psyllium, triphala, bentonite clay
Prickly pear, aloe vera, okra are soothing and should help move things.
For stress, work on relaxing so that things can move smoothly. You could try deep breathing and if you are a Christian, Biblical meditation, prayer. giving your burdens to Christ.
If constipation is constant, see a medical professional to get proper diagnosis.
Just like constipation, diarrhea can have many causes. Words that come to mind here are excess, too much, increasing. We want to decrease to attain balance. Common causes of this issue are diet, irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, stress, or anxiety.
For minor bouts of diarrhea, keep your diet simple. You might want to only have clear liquids for the first day. Then, try to slowly add bland foods to your diet.
Often used for this ailment:
Black tea, activated charcoal, bentonite clay, rose hips
If this becomes excessive or chronic, see your doctor for diagnosis.
When thou liest down, thou shalt not be afraid: yea, thou shalt lie down, and thy sleep shall be sweet. Proverbs 3:24
You will need to get to the root cause, which could be physical or even spiritual. Common causes of insomnia are mental health disorders, underlying medical conditions, sleep disorders, not giving burdens to God, coffee, other things consumed, like medications and general emotional reasons.
After you get to the root cause, you can assist in balancing with a customized plan.
General help for insomnia includes:
+ Taking a nice nature walk a few hours before bed time.
+ Sleeping in darkness under the moon
+ Listening to nature sounds before bed
+ De-stressing techniques
+ Staying away from yang foods before bed as they are energizing, eating more yin few hours before bed.
+ Reading your Bible before bed & prayer to calm. Heal from the spirit down to the physical.
Insomnia aids: Valerian, milky oats, chamomile, skull cap, lemon balm, mimosa, amethyst, sodalite, howlite, chrysoprase
Some Christians have dealt with insomnia for spiritual reasons. Talk to God and let him lead and guide.
Bites n Stings
If you believe your bite could be dangerous to your health, seek medical assistance immediately. For common bites and stings, there are many things that might help. Below are just a few solutions.
Lavender, slice of raw onion on bite, bentonite clay poultice, poultice made of tobacco, plantain, or chamomile, and aloe vera.
Plantain is a common weed that can be readily found in most yards. Be safe, and make sure you have the right plant. You can make a spit poultice by chewing a few leaves of the plant and putting it on the area. The enzymes in saliva helps release the healing powers of the leaf and allows it draw out any toxins or venom. Just keep it there for several hours, and replace if it dries out. To hold in place, you can use a gauze or a large bandage. (However, you do need to let it breathe so it can draw out as it dries)
You can also put a little raw honey on the area. Raw honey has antibacterial properties and can also reduce inflammation.
The Lord shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace. Exodus 14:14
Inflammation is how the body protects itself and fights illness, injury, or infection. You can assist your self-healing body. A temporary anti-inflammatory diet could be helpful. Try it and see. This involves eliminating inflammation-friendly foods and opting for anti-inflammation foods.
Avoid: refined sugar, pasteurized dairy, overly-processed food, refined carbohydrates, tomatoes, peppers, egg plant, white potatoes, paprika, cayenne, peppers, and other night shades.
Eat: Meat by itself. Sweet potatoes, cauliflower, mushrooms, okra, zucchini, cactus, carrots, beets, celery, turnips, apples, grapefruit, parsnips, ginger, garlic, maybe berries, etc.
In truth, certain foods may fit better with certain individuals as our diets should be based on our constitution. What you eat should also be based on what grows local to you as the body tries to sync with the energy in your region and the seasons.
Moon Cycle Pain
In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the richness of his grace; Ephesians 1:7
This cleansing time of the month should not be a burden to you. If you eat the right diet, this might alleviate some discomfort and pain. Pain could also be caused by underlying issues that you will need to see your doctor about. He or she should be able to diagnose what’s going on.
Here are tips for general relief:
Avoid overly processed food, refined sugar, refined grains, dead water, pasteurized dairy and drinks. Eat locally grown fruit and vegetables with no pesticides. If you eat meat, try to occasionally fuse organ meat with the muscle parts as organ meat is a superfood if from reliable sources.
Stay active. This is especially important if you have a sedentary lifestyle. Walk, do housework, or exercise regularly. Years ago, commoners moved around because they didn’t have the luxuries we have today. You might want to do some things the old way instead of always depending on modern tools.
See if you’re in sync with the moon (and sun) as this might help with this issue. In ancient times, it is said that women generally bled on a new (or full) moon. Here is an article here and here to check out. Syncing with the sun is also an important part of this. Ideally, you should try to only use daylight as modern artificial light can be harmful. Open the curtains, and let the light in. Try to rise with the sun, spend time outside, go to bed shortly after sunset, and sleep under the moon.
Black haw, cramp bark, ginger, wild yam, hot h20 bottle, hot foot soak, moonstone, and drinking 2-3 glasses of organic, raw goat or cow milk daily, are known to help with this issue. You can also take willow bark for temporary relief.
And the Lord shall guide thee continually, and satisfy thy soul in drought, and make fat thy bones: and thou shalt be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters fail not. Isaiah 58:11
Sometimes, we’re not sure what path to take in life. With God’s wisdom and knowledge, we can make wise decisions. Those who seek wisdom can ask for it, though we must ask in faith. He directs our steps and path. It is also okay to get Christian mentors or leaders perspective through counsel. You can talk to a friend or family member as well. It is wise to get help from fellow believers if you’re a Christian, as they should not encourage you to follow your heart since it can be deceptive. (Jeremiah 17:9)
But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, and by his strips we are healed. Isaiah 53:5
Seek medical attention if your wound is deep, you can’t stop the bleeding, you cannot close it, cannot get dirt out or it is not healing properly.
Here is an ancient method of wound care:
First, irrigate the wound with unpasteurized vinegar. Then, pour raw honey into the puncture. If you can find a clean spider web around, ball it up, and use that to keep honey inside the wound; it will harden and dry. The web can help stop bleeding and assist with healing with its clotting abilities, antifungal & antibacterial properties. Now, you can wrap the wound with a linen cloth, which is antibacterial and high vibrational. Or use a leaf like lamb’s ear.
You can also sprinkle healing clay in a wound to stop bleeding as well.
Other aids: yarrow, aloe vera
