*We’ll be adding to this project little by little. If you have a suggestion or want to share your knowledge or wisdom, email us at [email protected]
People can have various forms of depression. It could be linked to an imbalance, trauma, environmental factors, lack of coping mechanisms, hereditary, an attack from the enemy, soul or spiritual reasons, etc. And we know the enemy likes to use people’s weak states (whether physical or soul) to drag them into depressive holes. Problems can overlap because we are connected beings. This is why holistic health is important.
First, we know that prayer and Biblical meditation can bring healing to our whole being. Here are some verses to memorize, pray, and keep in your heart: Psalm 42:11, Psalm 34:17, Deuteronomy 31:8, Philippians 4:8, 1 Peter 5:6-7, John 16:33, 2 Corinthians 1:3-4
For imbalances, you should get help from a health professional. You can start by connecting to nature that takes us into an instant meditative state. Go to a forest, beach, etc regularly, and reflect on God. You’ll be promoting wellness by allowing your body to harmonize with energy around you. Studies show getting more sunlight could be helpful, so get as much sun energy as you can each day. And to ensure you receive the benefits of the sun, be sure to eat enough healthy fat. Some people have been able to gain balance by eating more healthy fat to increase cholesterol. Toxic or imbalanced environments can cause this issue as well, such as mold.
Singing is commanded of believers in the Old & New Testament. Studies show that singing can help our health in many ways and is anti-depressant. Sing Sacred songs to God throughout the day and during Christian fellowship; you’ll be healing spirit, soul, and body.
If you feel the enemy is involved, praying and fasting can break these strongholds. Use your sword (the Bible) against these kinds of attacks. Speak Biblical affirmations out loud, like, no weapon formed against me shall prosper.
Talk to someone if you need to as this can be helpful. We recommend seeing a Christian therapist.
Anxiety & Fear
Chronic feelings of anxiety and fear can be linked to energy imbalances. This issue could also be brought on by an evil spirit or your own self. If you have falling into fear or anxiety because of life situations, know that every aspect of your life is in God’s hands. Give your worries and fears to him. You don’t need to carry this emotional burden.
Helpful aids: For energy imbalance, perhaps crystals like, black tourmaline, tiger eye, amethyst, fire sounds, sun, adaptogens. Eating more healthy fats might promote healing for some people.
-Pray to God about this issue, and allow him to direct your steps.
-Listen to and sing Spiritual songs throughout the day.
-Biblical Meditation so that God can renew your mind and calm your soul.
-Spend time in nature, make time for nature walks
-Try deep breathing exercises and fire watching.
-If you need to talk to someone about this, do so.
For the common cold, there are a plethora of known remedies. One preventive tip is to eat garlic and raw honey as this can strengthen your immune system to fight off these types of infections or lessen the effects.
To alleviate symptoms and assist the healing process, the wet socks method is sometimes used. This involves putting your feet in hot water. Then, rinse a pair of thin, cotton socks under cold water and wring them out. Put the wet socks on, and put on thick, wool socks over that to prevent from being chilled. This will encourage the body to increase its blood supply to dry the area. This strengthens the immune system, which helps you body’s detoxification systems work better.
Common aids: elderberry, boneset, ginger, echinacea, hyssop, oshá, raw honey mixed with ceylon cinnamon, bay leaf and sage tea
Finally, brethern, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise; think on these things. Philippians 4:8
We know headaches can have many causes. For the occasional headache, prayer may help usher in healing, of course, because God may answer your petition, but it can also put you in a relaxed state. This could be especially helpful for stress-related headaches. Biblical meditation may help as well since Spiritual food (the Bible) can nourish the being.
Common aids: Music and nature sounds. Peppermint, lavender, skullcap, tiger balm, willow bark, and feverfew. Crystals like clear, rose, & amethyst quartz, and lapis lazuli are known to help alleviate imbalances in this area.
Confidence in an unfaithful man in time of trouble is like a broken tooth, and foot out of joint. Proverbs 25:19
The aids mentioned below are just temporary solutions. You will need to see your health practitioner. A toothache is usually a sign of decay but can also be caused by other things like broken teeth or trauma.
One thing to do is rinse the mouth out with warm salt water. This can help cleanse the area and could cause pain to subside.
We can try to prevent cavities with the right diet and proper oral maintenance. Avoid overly-processed food, pasteurized dairy, granulated sugar, etc. One may want to decrease grain consumption whether sprouted or not. Opt for oral-friendly vegetables and fruit. Eating acidic foods constantly, like lemons or apple cider vinegar, can make teeth more susceptible to decay overtime. These should be diluted well. Consuming local, healthy animal products such as raw dairy, nose-to-tail meat, and edible insects can strengthen the teeth and gums. This article talks about fighting cavities naturally.
You should have some aids around just in case. Consider the suggestions below.
Aids: thyme, garlic paste, chew on cloves, rinse with sage tea, rinse with mid stream morning pee, chew on spilanthes, chamomile tea bag, and cayenne pepper
You are not alone if you feel Spiritually stuck sometimes. Know that you are still growing during these times. You just can’t see it or comprehend it at the time.
Sometimes, we get distant from God because we get distracted, which is our nature. At times, we get stuck in this state and our relationship with Christ suffers. The good thing about God is he is there through all of this. He knows what’s going on with us.
The first thing you can do is be vulnerable. Analyze your heart and speak your feelings to God whatever they may be.
Then, wait for his answer, and allow him to comfort you. (Psalm 34:18)
Continue to read and meditate on God’s Word; you can also talk to a Spiritual mentor or a Christian friend if you need this. Tp mentors are always here for you as well. Book a Focused session to chat.
Well, consider if you are simply struggling in your faith or actually doubting the Bible’s truth. Struggle is natural and constant. We may have moments of doubt due to our lives, circumstances, secular knowledge, or simply the world in which we live. Know that what you’re going through is not random; there is a reason for it. Perhaps God is allowing this to strengthen your Spiritual foundation.
Don’t be scared to lay it all before Christ. He knows your feelings and thoughts. Even though he already knows, share your feelings. Cry out to God, and he will hear you. He knows where this doubt is coming from. Maybe you need to do some in-depth research if this about questions. Or maybe it’s emotional.
The Bible tells us if we seek God with our whole heart, we will find him. (Jeremiah 29:13) God knows what is needed. We are all unique beings, and our paths to Christ and relationships with him are unique.
Do not accept thoughts or whispers telling you God is not real. Stand in Christ’s Grace, and cling to the savior.
Lack of Contentment
Lack of contentment robs us of joy and happiness. It often pulls us away from God since we are not being fulfilled in him. Lack of contentment can also cause energy imbalances and physical manifestations of those imbalances. We must learn to be content in Christ whatever circumstance or stage we are in. This does not necessarily mean one cannot reach higher. Though God may leave you in a situation, we remain spiritually hopeful, optimistic, and Christ-footed.
The piece below talks about lack of contentment a little more and might be helpful.
Harboring unforgiveness can affect us on multiple levels. Unforgiveness could cause energy imbalances that could leak over into the physical plane and birth sickness. And most importantly, unforgiveness can cause sin constipation. The Bible says when we forgive others, he will forgive us of our sins. (Matthew 6:14-15)(Mark 11:25)
Here are some steps to take:
Surrender. Give all bitterness, pain, and sadness to God. Let him start the healing process.(Hebrews 12:15)(Romans 8:13-14)
Audibly say that you have given this burden to Christ. (Matthew 11:28–30)
Understand that you are free from this burden. (Isaiah 41:10)
Forgive yourself or the person who has wronged you. (Colossians 3:13)(Matthew 18:21-22)
Let Christ continually fill this wound with Godly Love.(Matthew 5:44)(Proverbs 10:12)
If you have been harboring this for some time, you could have an energy imbalance in the heart center. You might want to use crystals or herbs that can help balance like emerald, rose quartz, rose herb, etc.
For our God is a consuming fire. Hebrews 12:29
For minor burns, running cool water over the affected area for 20 minutes or so can reduce the temperature.
One thing known to encourage healing is raw, unprocessed honey. Raw honey can be put directly on the burn. Its antibacterial properties, low pH, viscosity, and hydrogen peroxide production are said to be helpful in burn treatment.
To keep the honey from oozing out, put a dressing over the area, and change as needed.
Aloe vera is also used to assist sometimes. It promotes healthy circulation, is anti-inflammatory, and inhibits bacteria growth. You can use the gel from a fresh aloe leaf, and rub the substance on the burn a few times a day.
Well, you do need to figure out why you’re dealing with this irritation. Common connections are pink eye, eye allergies, dry eye symptoms, blespharitis. corneal ulcer, or trichiasis.
Once the root cause is discovered, you can choose an aid. A few things to consider, depending on the issue, are castor oil, aloe vera, a compress, bentonite clay, salt water, raw honey, Chamomile, and rose.
Avoid touching your eye, and if irritation persists, see your doctor right away.
If you are dealing with the harmful effects of excessive emfs, you are not alone. Most people are dealing with this whether they can feel it or not.
Helpful things to bring balance:
+ Nature walks. Try to increase your time in nature as much as you can. Your being will try to sync with the energy. You could spend time in a garden, hug a tree, chill by a beach, or walk in the woods or a forest. Try barefoot therapy.
+ Be sure your body is covered, and wear linen, wool, leather, or fur clothing that can help block out harmful emfs. Make sure you clean your clothes as dirty clothes become more positively charged. Clean and newly made clothing is more negatively charged.
+ Use bentonite clay or other safe clays. When hydrated, this has a negative charge and can help balance your energy. You can take this internally or use externally. Many do this with clay baths or take a little in water to detox.
+ Keep crystals near you, like tourmaline. You can see Kym’s picks here. You can put these around your home to balance the energy, or wear crystal jewelry. Silver, copper, and gold can reduce the effects, so wear crystal jewelry set in these metals. Or just wear silver, gold, or copper jewelry when on the computer, smartphone, etc.
+ Decrease the amount of time spent on smartphones, laptops, watching tv, around power lines, and inside your home if wires run through it and you have a wireless router, even though you will still be exposed to toxins and harmful emfs at some point. Unplug household electronics when not in use, and turn off routers at night. Be sure to turn off your phones at night, and avoid sleeping near power outlets. Try to avoid modern artificial light as much as possible. Use natural light during the day and natural candles at night if you need to.
The hearing ear, and the seeing eye, the Lord hath made even both of them. Proverbs 20:12
The common type of myopia that most deal with today may have evolved for several reasons. One is the gradual change to excessive close-up reading. Our eyes were not designed for this type of reading for long periods of time. Another is not spending enough time outside.
Sadly, eye professionals could not figure out how to truly correct the issue, but tools were created to help us see. Though quite helpful, glasses and contacts can be harmful. For one, they make the eyes lazy and disable them. (LASIK and other refractive surgeries could permanently disable them.)
For those who long for clear vision, there are a few things to try. Remember the natural process takes time.
A few tips to promote clearer vision:
+ Don’t use glasses or contacts for close-up reading. And decrease close-up reading on devices or books. Sometimes use audio books. And when close-up reading is necessary, look into the distance often and blink a few times.
+ Teach the eyes to focus. You can do this with a piece of white paper with black writing on it. Bring the paper close till you can see the words clearly. Slowly move the paper back till it’s just a little blurry and try to focus. Blink. Bring it back in focus. Move away and try to focus again. Blink a few times. Practice this whenever you can. You want to tap into active focus, which usually takes about a month to find. After some time, you should be able to start moving the paper back further.
+ Use crystals. Light is incredibly important for your eyes (and brain), which is one reason the sun may help. Crystals are refractors and reflectors of light energy, and you can use these tools to your advantage. You could use small quartz balls. A popular one for eye focusing is blue tiger eye. Lie down, close your eyes, and lay cleansed, energized balls on the inner part of the eye for 10-15 minutes a few times a week. The spectrum of light is focused here, and your being will try to use this to correct itself. You can also rinse eyes with crystal-charged water, or just put a crystal near or on your eyes or pineal gland area.
+ Go outside and do tasks out there, like when you need to prepare or eat a meal. Just sit outside, occasionally looking around and into the sky. Don’t look directly at the sun as this can damage your eyes, though you could do sun gazing at sunrise or sunset if you know how to do this safely. (30 minutes or so. Usually barefoot. Sun gazing is not recommended for those who’ve had eye surgery).
And Isaiah said, Take a lump of figs. And they took and laid it on the boil, and he recovered. 2 Kings 20:7
Infections can show up in many places of the body and occur when viruses, harmful bacteria, or other microbes enter your body and begin to multiply. The immune system naturally gets to work to try to bring balance to the body. There are a few things to assist the body in its natural processes.
Many natural alternatives are antiviral, antifungal, & antibacterial: Raw honey, garlic, goldenseal, oregano, ginger, narrow, calendula, rosemary, tea tree, thyme.
Of course, staying away from foods that can exacerbate the issue is wise, such as overly processed food, refined sugar, dead water, etc.
For customized help, see your health professional.
The words that come to mind for constipation are backed up, slow, decreasing. We want to get things moving, increasing. This can have many causes, though common connections are diet, dehydration, and sometimes stress or anxiety.
Not eating for your constitution could be a factor here. This article explores that.
Or perhaps someone eats too much overly-processed food. If that is the case, it would be wise to decrease consumption of fast or packaged food with a lot of ingredients. Plenty of seasonal vegetables, fruit, & naturally fermented foods can be great but may not work well for those who are sensitive to certain anti-nutrients.
Water, coffee, bitters, senna, psyllium, triphala, bentonite clay, blackstrap molasses. Prickly pear, aloe vera, and okra are soothing and facilitate movement.
For stress, work on relaxing so that things can move smoothly. You could try deep breathing and if you are a Christian, Biblical meditation, prayer. giving your burdens to Christ.
If constipation is constant, see a medical professional to get proper diagnosis.
Like constipation, diarrhea can have many causes. Words that come to mind here are excess, too much, increasing. We want to decrease to attain balance. Common causes of this issue are diet, irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, stress, or anxiety.
For minor bouts of diarrhea, some people keep the diet simple. At times, only clear liquids are taken the first day. Then, bland foods are slowly added to the diet.
Often used for this ailment:
Black tea, activated charcoal, bentonite clay, rose hips
If this becomes excessive or chronic, see your doctor for diagnosis.
When thou liest down, thou shalt not be afraid: yea, thou shalt lie down, and thy sleep shall be sweet. Proverbs 3:24
You will need to get to the root cause, which could be physical or even spiritual. Common connections for insomnia are mental health disorders, underlying medical conditions, sleep disorders, not giving burdens to God, coffee, other things consumed, like medications and general emotional reasons. (Now, if you simply wake up in the middle of the night, this does not mean you have insomnia. We were designed to sleep in two periods).
After you find out what’s going on, you can assist in balancing with a customized plan.
General tips for insomnia includes:
+ Taking a nature walk a few hours before bed time.
+ Sleeping in darkness under the moon
+ Listening to nature sounds before bed
+ De-stressing techniques
+ Staying away from yang foods before bed as they are energizing, eating more yin few hours before bed.
+ Reading your Bible before bed & prayer to calm. Heal from the spirit down to the physical.
Insomnia aids: Valerian, milky oats, chamomile, skull cap, lemon balm, warm milk & honey, mimosa, amethyst, sodalite, howlite, chrysoprase
Some Christians have dealt with insomnia for spiritual reasons. Talk to God and let him lead and guide.
Bites n Stings
If you believe your bite could be dangerous to your health, seek medical assistance immediately. For common bites and stings, there are many things that might assist. Below are just a few known remedies.
Lavender, slice of raw onion on bite, bentonite clay poultice, poultice made of tobacco, plantain, or chamomile, and aloe vera.
Plantain is a common weed that can be readily found in most yards. Be safe, and make sure the right plant is harvested. A spit poultice can be made by chewing a few leaves of the plant and putting it on the area. The enzymes in saliva helps release the healing powers of the leaf and allows it to draw out any toxins or venom. It can be kept there for several hours, and replace if it dries out. To hold in place, a gauze or a large bandage can be used. (However, it needs to breathe so it can draw out as it dries)
You can also put a little raw honey on the area. Raw honey has antibacterial properties and can also reduce inflammation.
The Lord shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace. Exodus 14:14
Inflammation is a vital function that helps the body protect itself and fight illness, injury, or infection. A problem arises when things get out of balance, such as having low levels of omega-3s that counter inflammation. Chronic inflammation can lead to issues like cardiovascular disease or cancer, so it is important to get this under control. People can assist their self-healing bodies by reducing stress, ensuring a healthful environment, and making diet changes. The diet involves eliminating inflammation-friendly foods and opting for more anti-inflammation foods. Below are some examples.
Avoid: refined sugar, pasteurized dairy, oils like corn or canola oil, overly processed food, refined carbohydrates, corn, tomatoes, peppers, egg plant, white potatoes, paprika, cayenne, peppers, and other night shades.
Eat: Animal liver, heart, bone marrow, and brain, fatty fish, sweet potatoes, green beans, mushrooms, okra, zucchini, cactus, carrots, beets, celery, turnips, apples, grapefruit, parsnips, ginger, garlic, hemp seeds, walnuts, flaxseeds, maybe berries.
If that fails, a strict elimination diet is sometimes recommended, such as the carnivore diet. Once balance is attained, one can slowly start adding select vegetables, fruit, and in time maybe sprouted grains or sprouted legumes back into the diet. In truth, certain foods may fit better with some individuals as diets should be based on our constitution. What you eat should also be based on what grows local to you as the body tries to sync with the energy in your region and the seasons. Be sure to check out our autoimmune disease tips as well.
Every moving thing that liveth shall be meat for you; even as the green herb have I given you all things. Genesis 9:3
One tip for conquering autoimmune disorders is simple diet changes. Yin and yang are complementary forces in Creation that are interconnected. Though nothing is completely one or the other, below is a more yin feminine Christ’s Bride diet to promote healing and a more yang masculine Christ, our Lamb, diet. After some time, one may be able to go back to normal. The yin option is best for yang (warmer) people, yang for yin (cooler) people. Each will need to be further customized to a person’s makeup.
Yin diet dominantly means plant-based or strictly vegan (if desired), though yin plants can be categorized as more yin or yang just like animal products. The problem with this option is that some people with autoimmune issues may be sensitive to certain anti-nutrients (natural toxins-condition of the fall of man) found in plant-based food–even when humanly processed to decrease them like our ancestors did. Sometimes, the AIP (autoimmune protocol diet) is combined with this but does not always work. People should know what they are personally sensitive to. For example, some people do better when oxalates are eliminated from the diet or paired with calcium (though calcium absorption will be reduced with that meal). Fruit is generally safer depending on which ones are eaten. In God’s nature, you will notice we are exposed to certain plants for a limited time, so a more seasonal diet could yield better results. A typical plant-based diet could include customized juicing regimens, fermented and cooked veggies, fruit, sucanant or stevia for sweeteners, healthy plant oils, possibly limited sprouted oat or almond milk and opting for coconut or hemp seed milk, etc. Herbs to consider are ginger, willow bark, ashwaganda or green tea. No junk food or fast food. One can try 70% to 90% plant unless they want to go strict vegan.
Yang diet dominantly means animal-based or strictly carnivore (if necessary). It’s a purer form of nutrients without or limited inhibitory substances. Some could say it’s a simpler way to regain health. This option may offer a higher chance of success for various reasons. For one, anti-nutrients are processed by the animal (as long as it ate what it would normally eat). These creatures do a better job than our human processing methods, such as sprouting, fermenting, soaking, etc. And, animals are more similar to our makeup than plants. Nutrients are more bioavailable & easier to match. For example, two people could have different heart issues and consume animal heart to strengthen their organs–unlike herbs that are picker. On this diet, people usually opt for nose-to-tail eating for optimum nutrition. I would include beef spleen, bovine tracheal cartilage, gallbladder, and bone marrow for autoimmune & gut health. Grass-fed grass-finished ruminant animals and yin animal, such as edible bugs (including larvae), bee products, certain fish, chicken, duck, quail, A2 raw dairy and animal eggs are some things that can be eaten. One can stick to 70% to 90% animal unless they need to go full animal-based.
Animal-based healing can be quicker and stronger because that is yang’s nature. The body won’t have a lot of additional work to do and can focus on healing. And, high cholesterol is not something to fear on this diet. Plant-based healing can be successful as well but may be slower because that is yin’s nature, and it gives the liver, digestion, etc more work to do.
Note: It is wise to get your food from trusted sources if you don’t grow or raise your own. Be sure no man-made carcinogenic pesticides are used that harm the earth and us. Animals should only eat what’s natural to them. Opt for local family farms that practice regenerative agriculture, and buy the whole (or half) slaughtered cow, lamb, goat, etc to save money. Of course, foraging and hunting can be healthier as it is wild, but in this modern age, you have to consider environmental toxins and other issues.
And the Lord shall guide thee continually, and satisfy thy soul in drought, and make fat thy bones: and thou shalt be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters fail not. Isaiah 58:11
Sometimes, we’re not sure what path to take in life. With God’s wisdom and knowledge, we can make wise decisions. Those who seek wisdom can ask for it, though we must ask in faith. He directs our steps and path. It is also okay to get Christian mentors or leaders perspective through counsel. You can talk to a friend or family member as well. It is wise to get help from fellow believers if you’re a Christian, as they should not encourage you to follow your heart since it can be deceptive. (Jeremiah 17:9)
But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, and by his strips we are healed. Isaiah 53:5
Seek medical attention if your wound is deep, you can’t stop the bleeding, you cannot close it, cannot get dirt out or it is not healing properly.
Here is an ancient method of wound care:
First, irrigate the wound with unpasteurized vinegar. Then, pour raw honey into the puncture. If you can find a clean spider web around, ball it up, and use that to keep honey inside the wound; it will harden and dry. The web can help stop bleeding and assist with healing with its clotting abilities, antifungal & antibacterial properties. Now, you can wrap the wound with a linen cloth, which is antibacterial and high vibrational. Or use a leaf like lamb’s ear.
You can also sprinkle healing clay in a wound to stop bleeding as well.
Other aids: yarrow, aloe vera
Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness. Isaiah 41:10 KJV
Especially with chronic sickness, it is wise to consider Spiritual health. Though it is not often spoken of, and we tend to fall to the default reason for sickness, ailments could happen for reasons we should not shy away from. (1 Corinthians 11:27-32) (James 5:14-16) So be sure to pray to God about this, and ask him to reveal things to you about your specific ailment.
If sin or soul health is involved, He can tell you. He can also tell you if it’s a gift of sickness. God allows his people to suffer, and it may not involve (unknown or known) sin or soul health issues. Our Creator allows sickness for various reasons. Paul had some kind of ailment or thorn. He asked God to take it away and the Lord said no. (2 Corinthians 12:7-10) Sometimes, it’s general sickness. Timothy had a stomach ailment, and Paul told him to drink a little wine. (1 Timothy 5:23) Of course, the Holy Spirit can cure cancer miraculously if it’s His Will–no physical treatment needed. But healing is not guaranteed for any ailment; it depends on God’s mercy and plan. Regardless of the reason, this is meant strengthen and to give God the glory in all circumstances.
Complementary Natural Therapies
People have used the following therapies before or along with planned treatments. They have also been used as a last resort when conventional treatment has failed. A healthful diet is often recommended, such as the ones that can be found by clicking our autoimmune disease button. One should talk to a doctor before trying remedies as this professional can monitor reactions and offer medical wisdom.
Some interesting studies to explore:
+ Here are 31 cases involving bovine tracheal cartilage. Dr. Prudden successfully treated various types of terminal cancer with this therapy and used it on approximately 110 patients. He used injections but had similar results with capsules like these.
+ Here are studies about alkylglycerols that can be found in animal bone marrow fat, liver, spleen, plasma, milk, and high concentrations in shark liver oil. It has been used to help with various types of cancer. Has been administered by injections, as a food, or with capsules like these.
+ These particular studies involve isolating a protein found in milk and injecting directly into cancer cells and mentions it needs to be done that way. But, Dr. J.R. Crewe (and colleagues) treated cancer patients with the raw milk diet, so drinking it in that concentrated form might promote healing.
+ Studies involving urine therapy that show it could help. It seems God created the body to produce customized medicine for the ailments one goes through. It is not usually recommended for people who take medications.
+ 3 case studies for Vitamin C therapy (though there are more). This method should be done by injections because studies show it offers the best results. One can get this treatment from a licensed naturopathic doctor.
A few studies about Carnivora, an extract from the Venus flytrap that is an animal-eating plant. A study was done by Dr. Keller where 210 terminal cancer patients were treated with an oral liquid form. 44% no improvement. 40% no further tumor progression. 16% tumor remission. Must be properly processed to decrease natural toxins found within the plant.
Common cancer-fighting herbs & spices: garlic, turmeric, oregano, ginger, rosemary, cayenne pepper, saffron
There are many helpful studies you can find for natural cancer treatment in medical journals. These are just a few to start with.
Moon Cycle Pain
In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the richness of his grace; Ephesians 1:7
This cleansing time of the month should not be a burden, though we are reminded of man’s fall. If you eat the right diet, this might alleviate some discomfort and pain. Pain could also be caused by underlying issues that you will need to see your doctor about. He or she should be able to diagnose what’s going on.
Here are tips for general relief:
+ Avoid inflammatory foods, such as overly processed food, refined sugar, refined carbohydrates, refined grains, dead water, pasteurized dairy and drinks.
+ Eat for your makeup. Include locally grown and seasonal fruit and vegetables grown with no pesticides. If you eat meat, try to occasionally fuse organ meat with the muscle parts as organ meat is a superfood if from reliable sources.
+ Stay active. This is especially important if you have a sedentary lifestyle. Walk, do housework, or exercise regularly. Years ago, commoners moved around because they didn’t have the luxuries we have today. You might want to do some things the old way instead of always depending on modern tools.
+ See if you’re in sync with the moon (and sun) as this might help. In ancient times, it is said that women generally bled on a new or a full moon. Here is an article here and here to check out. Syncing with the sun is also an important part of this. Try to only use daylight as modern artificial light can be harmful to menstrual cycles. Open the curtains and windows and let the light in. Try to rise with the sun, spend time outside, go to bed shortly after sunset, and sleep under the moon.
Black haw, cramp bark, ginger, wild yam, hot h20 bottle, hot foot soak, moonstone, and drinking 2-3 glasses of organic, raw goat milk daily are known to help with this issue. Willow bark can be used for temporary relief.
Lo, children are an heritage of the Lord: and the fruit of the womb is his reward. Psalm 127:3-5
In the Bible, birth is controlled by God. He is the one that closes and opens a womb when he chooses or not at all. (1 Samuel 1:5) He also told us to be fruitful, so a couple can make a request to God to bless them with a child if they long for one. Combining fasting with prayer is something Christians do when seeking an answer.
Infertility can stem from issues like endocrine system imbalances in men and women. A couple should see a fertility specialist to zoom in on problems.
People often consume specific herbs or use like vs like in the animal world, such as eating bovine uterine, ovary, or testicle. This can facilitate healing, but foundational nourishment could bring balance to multiple areas and get to the root issue. The easiest way to get bioavailable nutrients is through animal sources that many of our ancestors prized. The following needs to come from healthy animals that ate their natural diets or they may not be as healthful. There are other life changes to consider that could be explored in a Focused session.
Couples may want to add any of the following to their diets:
+ Liver & Bone Marrow. Bone marrow is about 97% healthy fat, which plays a major role in hormone production. Sometimes, it contains more nutrients than the meat like calcium and vitamin E. Like liver, it is source of DHA and EPA that can encourage fertility in men & women. Liver is a natural multivitamin that contains highly absorbable nutrients that are vital for conception and a healthy pregnancy.
+ Royal Jelly. This gift from the bee world boosts vitality and promotes optimal hormone balance. It is especially helpful for women; it contains almost all the nutrients a woman needs.
+ Raw Dairy. Approx 80% of the world population can consume unpasteurized A2 dairy products without problems–unlike inflammatory pasteurized dairy. This fertility aid for men and women is a multivitamin & contains numerous fatty acids.
